Community

Building a supportive network of students passionate about wellness.

Positive Change

Celebrating every small step towards a healthier lifestyle.

Signature Program

Our Signature Program: Juice-for-Soda Exchanges

At our monthly meetings and events, students swap sugary sodas for fresh-pressed juices—tasting the difference firsthand. We partner with local vendors, offer free samples, and make healthy swaps fun and delicious.

This is one of our key initiatives. SHIFT also runs monthly wellness meetings, educational workshops, community health fairs, and resources on sleep, nutrition, and mental wellness.

Energy Drinks → Green Tea

"I used to run on sugary energy drinks. The SHIFT recipe book showed me how to make amazing iced teas that give me a clean energy boost. It's been a game-changer for my study sessions!"

Soda → Sparkling Water

"The AI tool is so cool! I told it I liked sour, fruity drinks, and it suggested a sparkling water with lime and mint. I feel so much more hydrated and focused in class."

Sugary Lattes → Kombucha

"I love the community events. I met other students who are also into health and wellness, and even discovered a local kombucha vendor I'd never heard of. It's so much more than just not drinking soda."
